Refund Policy

If a report fails to generate, you are not charged — payment only unlocks generation, and a failed run leaves your purchase available to retry from your report link.

Because each report is produced on demand and delivered immediately, completed reports are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with a report you paid for, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a regeneration or a refund at our discretion.
